Tom earned his CPCU designation and is a Certified Special Arbitrator through Arbitration Forums.
As a Certified Special Arbitrator, Tom ruled on over 1,000 cases ranging from product liability, vehicle accident liability disputes and property claims with values up to $100,000.
He has served as an arbitrator for the Arizona Bar Association handling lawyer-client fee disputes.

Community-minded:

Tom is a resident of Phoenix since 1981 and lived in the Dreamy Draw district since 1990.
He has served on the board at the Melrose Recreation Club, past president of the First United Methodist Church Weekday School board, and asked to join the YMCA Risk Management Committee.
A baseball coach in the Shadow Mountain Little League and a National Youth Sports basketball coach for for 9 years.

Personal Information:

Graduate of Central Michigan University with a BS degree in Psychology and Business.
Tom and Cathy have been married for eighteen years.
Daughter Rebecca is a senior at Shadow Mountain High School and son Michael is an 8th grader at Shea Middle School
